Water coming up very closely underneath dock
No, that is not a floating dock. It is the result of the remnants of hurricane Sandy combined with the full moon. And Sandy didn’t even “hit” us – the storm blew past South Florida by way of the Bahamas. My thoughts are with you, Northeast USA.
