The 5 year old and his mamma recycled used gift wrapping paper and other paper scraps. DIY template available at Sustainista.
This recycled sterling silver bracelet loosely drapes itself somewhere between chain maille and a checkerboard. And it has seven toggles. Rock ON. Now available in the gallery.
A not yet bracelet.
I added these to my gallery over the last couple of days. They are numbers 2/10 through 4/10 in the limited one of a kind Helix series. Made with recycled metals, Frosted helix is textured sterling silver, Green helix is textured sterling with peridot, and Red gold helix is made of gorgeous 18k red gold with 18k white gold ear wires.
I’m not telling. At least not until its owner sees it first. I’ll give you a hint, though: it’s called The sun, the moon, and the stars.
I admit it. I have a weakness for the moon. If I could afford the ticket, I would sign up for a trip to see it up close tomorrow. But until they start offering substantial last-minute discounts, my only option is to imagine what it would be like to take a stroll up there. So here are the results of my two latest imaginary outings: a recycled argentium sterling silver cuff bracelet named Moon Land, and ring with white moonstones (also made of recycled sterling) named Moon Rise.
