To be auctioned off next weekend: sterling silver, amber, and peridot earrings.
14k gold earrings for Linda, made with her grandmother’s, her mother’s, and her own stones.
14k gold three stone earrings – still looking a little rough after soldering and before polishing/stone setting.
Finished these sterling silver earrings today. They’re available in the gallery.
Not yet earrings.
These light colored amethysts were brought to me by Laraine, who wanted me to turn them into a simple pair of silver earrings. I know, they’re violet, but some folks like to refer to them as pink amethysts. I think they’re beautiful no matter what the color is called.
I added these to my gallery over the last couple of days. They are numbers 2/10 through 4/10 in the limited one of a kind Helix series. Made with recycled metals, Frosted helix is textured sterling silver, Green helix is textured sterling with peridot, and Red gold helix is made of gorgeous 18k red gold with 18k white gold ear wires.
I love the color of red gold. I made these earrings over the summer, and just added them to my gallery. The helix part is made of 18 karat red gold, and the ear wires are 18 karat white gold. They are the 4th in a limited one of a kind series of 10 pairs of Helix earrings.
Since our move to Key Largo, I’ve been operating without my fully loaded workshop. I miss it desperately, and can’t wait to have everything back together. But I’m happy to report that being away from my studio has not in any way stunted my compulsive jewelry making habit. I’ve just had to go back to simpler techniques like beading my own handmade (!) findings together, and hammering wire wrapped silver. The results have been light and airy. In order of appearance: long sterling silver & fluorite lariat necklaces Wisp and Whisper, sterling open hoop earrings Scribble, and super long sterling silver & amber earrings Harvest.
